No, the FHL36080 is a legacy F-Frame circuit breaker that has been discontinued by Schneider Electric. It has been superseded by the PowerPact H-Frame series.
What is the direct replacement for the obsolete FHL36080?
The designated replacement is the PowerPact HGL36080. It provides the same 80A, 3-pole, 600VAC configuration and unit-mount design, but features a more compact footprint and upgraded performance.
How is the FHL36080 installed?
This is a unit-mount, feed-thru circuit breaker. It bolts directly to a mounting plate or backpan and uses mechanical lugs on both the line and load sides for wire connections.
What is the recommended lug torque for the FHL36080?
The factory-installed AL100FA mechanical lugs require a tightening torque of 50 lb-in (5.6 N.m) for 14 AWG to 1/0 AWG copper or aluminum conductors.

No. The FHL36080 is a unit-mount breaker designed for standard enclosures and switchboards. I-Line panelboards require a plug-on breaker with I-Line jaw connections on the line side.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
