The torque requirements for the standard AL150HD load lugs depend on the wire gauge used. Torque 14 AWG to 10 AWG conductors to 44.3 lb-in (5 N-m), and 8 AWG to 3/0 AWG conductors to 123.9 lb-in (14 N-m).
How does the HDA36030 connect within the panelboard?
This I-Line style breaker features a plug-on connection on the line side that mounts directly to the panelboard bus assembly. The load side uses traditional mechanical wire lugs for outbound connections.
Can I install this PowerPacT breaker in NQ or NF series panelboards?
No. The HDA36030 features an I-Line connection designed exclusively for Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards. It will not physically mount into standard NQ or NF panels.

Expedited Shipments
