No. The HLA36020 features an I-Line plug-in mounting style. It is exclusively designed for Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards, not standard NQ, NF, QO, or Homeline load centers.
What does the "L" in the HLA36020 part number indicate?
In the PowerPacT H-Frame series, the "L" designates the interrupting rating level. An HLA breaker provides a very high interrupting capacity of 100kA at 480VAC, which is higher than the standard D, G, or J interrupting levels.
Does this breaker require a separate mounting hardware kit for I-Line panels?
No. I-Line breakers like the HLA36020 feature built-in plug-on phase jaws that attach directly to the panel bus assembly. No additional strap kits or mounting hardware are required for standard I-Line installation.
Can the HLA36020 replace older Square D F-Frame I-Line breakers?
Yes. PowerPacT H-Frame I-Line breakers occupy the same mounting space as legacy Square D F-Frame breakers, such as the FA and FH series, making them a direct plug-on replacement for older I-Line panelboards.
How does the adjustable magnetic trip function work on this 20A breaker?

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.

Expedited Shipments
