What is the wire size and torque specification for the QBL22175 lugs?
The box-type lugs accept 4 AWG to 300 kcmil aluminum or copper wire. The tightening torque is 248 lb-in (28 N.m).
Are the lugs on the QBL22175 removable or replaceable?
No, PowerPacT Q-frame circuit breakers feature factory-installed, non-replaceable box-type lugs.
What is the difference between the QBL, QDL, QGL, and QJL circuit breakers?
These are all PowerPacT Q-frame breakers that share the same physical dimensions but have different interrupting ratings at 240V. The QBL is rated at 10kA, QDL at 25kA, QGL at 65kA, and QJL at 100kA.
Is the QBL22175 a direct replacement for older Q2 series breakers?
Yes, the PowerPacT Q-frame circuit breaker is a direct replacement for legacy Square D Q2 Series devices.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
