The line and load terminals require a tightening torque of 247.8 lbf.in (28 N.m). The lugs are designed to securely terminate 4 AWG to 300 kcmil aluminum or copper conductors.

Can the QBL22200 be installed in an individual enclosure?
Yes, it can be mounted in an individual enclosure as a standalone disconnect, or installed directly into compatible panelboards and switchboards as a main or sub-feed breaker. Compatible Square D enclosures include the Q22200NS for indoor applications and the Q22200NRB for NEMA 3R outdoor environments.
How does this breaker connect to the electrical system?
The QBL22200 is a unit-mount circuit breaker. It utilizes a feed-thru connection with mechanical lugs on both the line and load sides rather than plugging directly onto a panelboard busbar.
Can the trip settings on the QBL22200 be adjusted?
No, the thermal magnetic trip unit has fixed long-time and instantaneous (LI) trip settings. The internal trip characteristics are factory set and cannot be modified in the field.

Expedited Shipments
