Description
Designed for heavy-duty applications, the QDL22250 is a 2-pole, 250A MCCB from the Square D PowerPacT Q-Frame series. It provides robust overcurrent protection for commercial and industrial systems. This unit-mount breaker fits into Square D panelboards and enclosures, and replaces legacy Q4L2250 breakers from the older Q4 frame generation. 5 answersWhat is the difference between the QDL22250, QBL22250, QGL22250, and QJL22250?
These are all 250A, 2-pole PowerPacT Q-Frame breakers, but they have different short-circuit interrupting ratings at 240V. The QBL is rated at 10kA, the QDL at 25kA, the QGL at 65kA, and the QJL at 100kA.
What type of enclosures accept the QDL22250?
This breaker fits into Square D PowerPacT Q-Frame enclosures, such as the Q22200NS, Q22200NRB, and Q23225NS. It can also be installed in compatible NQ panelboards using a Q-Frame sub-feed lug kit.
Can the QDL22250 replace older Square D Q2 or Q4 series breakers?
Yes, the PowerPacT Q-Frame is a direct replacement for legacy Square D Q2 Series devices. It also replaces older Q4 frame breakers like the Q4L2250 in many applications.
How is the QDL22250 mounted in a panel?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
