The PowerPacT Q-frame QDL32090 is a direct replacement for legacy Square D Q2 Series circuit breakers.
Can I install the QDL32090 in an I-Line panelboard?
No. The QDL32090 is a unit mount, feed-thru circuit breaker with lugs on both the line and load sides. It is designed for individual enclosures, switchboards, and specific panelboards, but it will not mount to an I-Line bus.
Can the QDL32090 be reverse fed?
Yes. PowerPacT Q-frame circuit breakers like the QDL32090 do not have restrictive line and load markings, meaning they can be safely reverse fed or back-fed in your electrical system.
What is the recommended lug torque for the QDL32090?
The line and load lugs require a tightening torque of 248 lb-in (28 N.m) for 4 AWG to 300 kcmil aluminum or copper wire. Always verify the exact torque requirements printed on the breaker label prior to installation.
Is the QDL32090 100% rated or standard 80% rated?
The QDL32090 is a standard 80% rated circuit breaker. It is designed to carry 80% of its 90A continuous current rating under normal continuous load conditions.
What is the difference between the QBL32090, QDL32090, QGL32090, and QJL32090?
These breakers share the same physical dimensions and 90A rating but have different interrupting capacities. At 240V, the QBL is rated at 10kAIC, the QDL is rated at 25kAIC, the QGL is rated at 65kAIC, and the QJL is rated at 100kAIC.
Does this breaker include a push-to-trip button?
Yes. All PowerPacT Q-frame circuit breakers feature an integral push-to-trip button on the cover, allowing you to manually trip the breaker to verify the mechanical operation of the trip mechanism.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
