Can I install the QOU130 in a standard QO load center?
No. The QOU series is designed exclusively for unit-mount applications like OEM enclosures and control panels. Standard QO load centers require plug-on circuit breakers.
What are the wiring specifications and torque limits for the terminals?
The slotted box lugs accept 14 AWG to 2 AWG copper or aluminum conductors. Both the line and load side terminals must be properly tightened to 45 lb-in.
Is this circuit breaker HACR rated?
Yes, the QOU130 is HACR rated. This certification verifies that the breaker is suitable for providing overcurrent protection for heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
