What is the magnetic trip adjustment range for the JB3150?
The magnetic trip on the JB3150 is adjustable from 750A (Low) to 1500A (High), which corresponds to 5 to 10 times the 150A continuous current rating.
Is there a difference between the Eaton and Westinghouse versions of the JB3150?
No. Eaton acquired the Westinghouse distribution equipment business in 1994. The JB3150 is the exact same Series C J-frame breaker whether it carries the Westinghouse, Cutler-Hammer, or Eaton brand name.
What does the "LI" trip function indicate on the JB3150?
The "LI" designation means the breaker features Long-Time and Instantaneous trip functions. The Long-Time function provides thermal overload protection, while the Instantaneous function offers magnetic short-circuit protection. On the JB3150, the thermal trip is fixed, and the magnetic trip is adjustable.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
