The NA series breakers are the standard thick style, measuring 1 inch wide per pole. The NC series breakers are the thin or half-size style, measuring 1/2 inch wide per pole. The NA25 is a 1-inch wide, single-pole breaker.
Are there known safety concerns with Federal Pacific Stab-Lok panels and breakers?
Yes. Original Federal Pacific Electric (FPE) Stab-Lok panels and breakers have a well-documented history of failing to trip during overcurrent or short-circuit conditions. Many licensed electricians and inspectors strongly recommend replacing the entire FPE panel to ensure facility safety.
Are there modern aftermarket replacements available for the Federal Pacific NA25?
Yes. Connecticut Electric manufactures modern, ETL-listed aftermarket replacement breakers under the UBIF series. These are specifically designed to fit FPE Stab-Lok load centers and provide a safer alternative when a complete panel replacement is not immediately possible.
Can I install the NA25 in a modern load center?
No. The NA25 features a proprietary Stab-Lok plug-on connection that is exclusively compatible with older Federal Pacific Electric load centers. It will not fit in modern panels from brands like Square D, Eaton, or Siemens.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
