4 answersWhich panelboards accept the Federal Pacific NBGF30?
The NBGF30 is designed exclusively for Federal Pacific NB and NBLP panelboards. It uses a bolt-on connection and will not fit standard plug-on load centers.
What wire types and sizes are approved for the NBGF30 lugs?
The terminal lugs are rated for 14 AWG to 2 AWG conductors. You can use either aluminum or copper (Al/Cu) wire, provided it is sized appropriately for the 30-amp circuit.
How is the ground fault circuit completed during installation?
The NBGF30 is equipped with a pigtail neutral wire. This pigtail must be connected directly to the panelboard neutral bus to enable the ground fault sensing circuitry.
Are the trip settings on the NBGF30 adjustable?
No. This thermal-magnetic breaker provides Long-Time, Instantaneous, and Ground-Fault (LIG) protection with fixed thermal and magnetic trip points that cannot be adjusted in the field.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
