Yes. Eaton acquired the Westinghouse distribution equipment division and continues to manufacture Series C F-Frame breakers to the exact same physical and electrical specifications. The Eaton FD1030L is a direct replacement for the legacy Westinghouse version.
What does the L suffix in the FD1030L catalog number indicate?
The L signifies that the breaker is factory-supplied with both line and load side lugs. This configuration is required for feed-thru wiring in unit mount applications.
Is the FD1030L a bolt-on or plug-in breaker?
The FD1030L is a unit mount breaker. It is designed to be hardwired via its feed-thru lugs and bolted to a backpan or mounting plate, rather than plugging directly into a panelboard busbar.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping

The breaker we purchased was as advertised. The breaker fit perfectly. We purchased reconditioned breaker and it seems to be working properly, accordingly to the golf course maintenance team that supervises the irrigation system.
Next day shipping came quickly even though the 4th of July was coming.
I wish it came with new installations hardware but that isn’t a deal breaker.
