Both catalog numbers represent the exact same 15-amp Type BR GFCI breaker. The CS suffix indicates the product is shipped in retail clamshell packaging, while the standard GFCB115 comes in bulk packaging.
Which load centers are approved for use with the GFCB115CS?
This 1-inch Type BR breaker is UL listed for Eaton BR load centers. It is also backward compatible with legacy Bryant, Challenger, and Westinghouse panels that accept Type BR plug-on breakers.
Can I install this pigtail-style GFCI breaker in an Eaton Plug-On Neutral (PON) load center?
Yes. Eaton pigtail breakers are fully compatible with both legacy and newer Plug-On Neutral (PON) panels. When installing in a PON panel, you must still connect the white pigtail wire to the neutral bar to power the ground fault sensing circuitry.
How is the neutral connection handled on the GFCB115CS?
This is a pigtail neutral breaker. The coiled white pigtail wire must be connected directly to the panel neutral bar for the ground fault circuitry to operate. The load neutral wire lands on the designated lug on the breaker itself.
Can I splice or extend the white pigtail wire if it does not reach the neutral bar?
No. Eaton guidelines state that the factory pigtail is the maximum allowable length and cannot be spliced. The breaker must be installed in a panel space where the factory pigtail can reach the neutral assembly.
What level of ground fault protection does this breaker provide?
The GFCB115CS provides Class A ground fault protection, tripping at a 5 mA threshold. This meets NEC requirements for personnel protection in areas prone to moisture, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor circuits.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
