The QF260 is compatible with Siemens EQ, ES, PL, and Ultimate load centers. It also fits older ITE EQ series panels that accept QP or QPF frame breakers.
What is the ground fault trip threshold for this breaker?
The QF260 provides Class A ground fault protection, which is calibrated to trip when a ground fault of 5mA is detected.
How is the pigtail neutral connected on the QF260?
The coiled white pigtail wire must be terminated at the panel neutral bus bar to power the internal GFCI circuitry. If the 240V load includes a neutral, it connects directly to the load neutral terminal on the breaker. For straight 240V loads without a neutral, the breaker load neutral terminal remains empty.
What are the recommended lug torque specifications for the QF260?
Torque specifications depend on the wire size. For 8 AWG wire, torque the lugs to 25 in-lbs. For 6 AWG and 4 AWG wire, torque to 35 in-lbs.
Does the QF260 offer combination AFCI and GFCI protection?
No, the QF260 is strictly a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI). It provides thermal magnetic overload, short circuit, and ground fault protection, but it does not detect arc faults.
Can the Siemens QF260 replace older ITE brand GFCI breakers?
Yes, Siemens acquired ITE and manufactures the QF260 as a direct, UL listed replacement for legacy 60A, 2-pole ITE GFCI breakers in EQ series load centers.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
