This breaker is designed for use in GE PowerMark Gold and ABB ReliaHome load centers that accept standard 1-inch THQL plug-in breakers.
No. THQL breakers are standard 1-inch wide per pole, while THQP breakers are 1/2-inch wide space-savers. They mount differently to the bus bar and are not directly interchangeable.
This breaker features a traditional pigtail neutral wire that must be routed and connected directly to the neutral bus bar in the panel. It is not a plug-on neutral design.
Yes. Like all single-pole GFCI breakers, the THQL1125GFT requires a dedicated neutral wire for the load circuit to monitor current imbalances accurately. It cannot be used on a multi-wire branch circuit with a shared neutral.
The GFT suffix indicates that the breaker provides Class A 5mA ground fault personnel protection and includes an automated self-test feature to ensure the GFCI circuitry is functioning properly.
Yes. ABB acquired GE Industrial Solutions in 2018. GE residential electrical products are now manufactured under the ABB ReliaHome brand. The breakers are identical in form, fit, and function, and are fully interchangeable.
