Can I install the MP220 in a modern Siemens load center?
The MP220 is specifically designed and UL-listed for legacy Murray load centers. For modern Siemens EQ, PL, or ES series panelboards, use Siemens QP series breakers unless the panel labeling explicitly lists MP-T types as acceptable.
What wire sizes are compatible with the terminal lugs on the MP220?

If your circuit requires dual-function or GFCI protection, a different breaker type is required.
Does this breaker require a bolted connection to the panel busbar?
No, the MP220 features a plug-in mounting style. It snaps directly onto the busbar of a compatible Murray load center, requiring no bolted connections for the line side.

Expedited Shipments
