This unit mount breaker is compatible with Siemens P1, P2, and P3 panelboards, as well as select Siemens meter centers.
How is the QJ23B060L installed in a panel?
It is a unit mount, feed-thru breaker. Instead of plugging or bolting directly onto a busbar, it mounts to the backpan or enclosure and connects to the circuit via cables landed on its line and load lugs.
What wire sizes are compatible with the factory lugs on this breaker?
The standard lugs accommodate 6 AWG to 300 kcmil copper conductors, or 4 AWG to 300 kcmil aluminum conductors.
Are the trip settings on the QJ23B060L adjustable?
No. This thermal-magnetic breaker features fixed long-time and fixed instantaneous trip functions. The trip settings cannot be adjusted in the field.
Is the Siemens QJ23B060L a direct replacement for legacy ITE breakers?
Yes. Siemens acquired ITE and retained the QJ frame design. This breaker directly replaces older ITE 3-pole, 60A, 240V QJ frame breakers with matching trip characteristics.
Is the QJ23B060L rated for 480V applications?
No. The maximum voltage rating for the QJ23B060L is 240V AC. It cannot be safely used on 480V or 600V distribution systems.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
