5 answersWhat enclosures are compatible with the QOM2100MM main breaker?
This breaker is designed exclusively for Square D MP Meter-Pak meter centers and QO load centers that are configured to accept QOM2 frame main breakers.
What is the difference between the QOM2100MM and the QOM2100VH?
Both are 100A, 2-pole main breakers built on the QOM2 frame. The QOM2100MM has a standard 10kAIC interrupting rating, while the QOM2100VH offers a higher 22kAIC rating for systems with higher available fault current.
Can I use the QOM2100MM to replace a QOM100VH main breaker?
No. Although both are 100A main breakers, the QOM2100MM uses the larger QOM2 frame. The QOM100VH uses the smaller QOM1 frame. They have different physical dimensions and mounting footprints, making them incompatible with each other.
Does the QOM2100MM provide GFCI or AFCI protection?
No. This unit is a standard thermal-magnetic main breaker. It provides long-time and instantaneous trip functions for overload and short-circuit protection, but does not include ground fault or arc fault detection circuitry.
Does this breaker require a separate hold-down kit for installation?
No. Because the QOM2100MM is a dedicated main breaker with a bolt-on frame, it secures directly to the panel bus studs using its integrated mounting points. A separate hold-down kit, which is typically required for back-fed plug-on breakers, is not needed.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
