Yes. You can use a pigtail neutral breaker in a Plug-on Neutral panel by connecting the coiled white pigtail wire directly to the neutral bus bar.
Is there a Plug-on Neutral equivalent for this breaker?
Yes. If you are installing in a Plug-on Neutral (PON) QO load center and want to eliminate the pigtail connection, use catalog number QO115PCAFI.
What does Combination Arc Fault (CAFCI) mean compared to older AFCI breakers?
Combination Arc Fault breakers detect both series and parallel arcing faults. Older branch feeder AFCI models only detected parallel arcs. CAFCI protection is required by modern NEC standards for most residential living spaces.
Will the QO115CAFIC fit in a Square D Homeline panel?
No. Square D QO and Homeline series are not interchangeable. This breaker is designed exclusively for QO load centers, NQ panelboards, and NQOD panelboards.
Does the QO115CAFIC provide ground fault (GFCI) protection?
No. This is a Combination Arc Fault (CAFCI) breaker only. If the circuit requires both arc fault and ground fault protection, you must use a Dual Function (DF) breaker or pair this breaker with a GFCI receptacle.

Expedited Shipments
