No. Square D QO and Homeline (HOM) circuit breakers are not interchangeable. The QO110 features a specific plug-on clip design that only fits QO load centers, NQ panelboards, and Speed-D switchboards.
Is there a tandem or twin version of this 10-amp QO breaker?
No. Square D does not manufacture a 10-amp tandem breaker in the QO series. QOT tandem breakers begin at 15-amp ratings, such as the QOT1515.
Does the QO110 feature a tripped circuit indicator?
Yes, this breaker includes Square D Visi-Trip technology. When the breaker trips due to an overcurrent or short circuit, the handle moves to a center position and a highly visible red indicator appears in a window on the breaker case.
How do I reset the QO110 after it has tripped?
To reset a tripped QO breaker, first locate the breaker with the red Visi-Trip indicator showing. Push the handle firmly to the fully OFF position until it clicks, then push it back to the ON position to restore power.
Is the QO110 rated for switching fluorescent lighting loads (SWD)?
No. The SWD (Switching Duty) rating for switching 120VAC fluorescent lighting loads applies to the 15-amp and 20-amp QO breakers. The 10-amp QO110 does not carry the SWD designation.
