In addition to standard Square D QO load centers, this plug-on breaker is compatible with commercial NQ and legacy NQOD panelboards. It is not compatible with Homeline panels.
What does the SWN suffix indicate on this Square D breaker?
The SWN suffix stands for Switched Neutral. This means the breaker is designed to simultaneously open both the ungrounded (hot) conductor and the grounded (neutral) conductor when tripped or manually turned off.
What are common applications for a switched neutral breaker?

How many panel spaces does the QO240SWN require?
