Due to its high amperage design, this breaker spans across both sides of the panel bus. It requires three 1-inch spaces on the left side and three 1-inch spaces on the right, taking up a total of six pole spaces in the load center.
What type of load centers accept the BJ3200 circuit breaker?
It installs directly into Eaton Type BR load centers that are rated for 150 amps or greater. It is also fully compatible with legacy Westinghouse and Bryant load centers that accept Type BJ breakers.
Can I use the Eaton BJ3200 to replace older Bryant models?
Yes, this breaker serves as a direct plug-on replacement for legacy Bryant and Westinghouse Type BJ breakers sharing the same 200A, 3-pole configuration.
Will this 3-pole breaker work in a standard residential single-phase panel?
No. The BJ3200 requires a 3-phase load center bus. It will not physically fit or function correctly in a standard single-phase residential panel, which instead requires a 2-pole main breaker.

Expedited Shipments
