Functioning as a reliable defense for 120V branch circuits, this 30A plug-on breaker features a classic 3/4-inch profile. It easily installs into both vintage Cutler-Hammer and contemporary Eaton Type CH panelboards. The unit delivers a standard 10kAIC rating and includes box lug terminals that accept either one 14-8 AWG or two 14-10 AWG conductors. As a functional equivalent to the newer CHF130, it provides identical HACR-rated performance without the visual trip indicator flag.

Got a great refurbished breaker - saved a $6500 Service Replacement
When our main breaker frizzed out, the option we were presented with was replacing the entire panel and service due to the type and part - no longer produced for replacement parts. It would be a $6500 replacement.
We'll likely have to do it at some point but, for now, the replacement breaker we were able to source from Superbreakers (with a $25 warranty) was $5900 less expensive. installation ran a few hundred dollars and the tech said the part looked to be in excellent condition and was prepped for install as he would have hoped.
