This G-frame breaker is designed for use in Eaton Pow-R-Line panelboards (such as PRL1a, PRL2a, and PRL3a), Series C panelboards, switchboards, and motor control centers that accept bolt-on GHB branch breakers.
What does the S1 suffix indicate on the GHB3020S1 catalog number?
The S1 suffix indicates that this breaker includes a factory-installed 120 Vac shunt trip. This allows the breaker to be tripped remotely by applying a 120V control signal to the rear pigtail leads.
Can I use this breaker on a straight 480V ungrounded delta system?
No. The GHB3020S1 has a 480Y/277 Vac slash rating. It is only rated for use on solidly grounded wye systems where the line-to-ground voltage does not exceed 277V. It is not suitable for ungrounded or corner-grounded delta systems.
What is the recommended terminal torque for the GHB3020S1?
For the accepted 14-10 AWG copper or aluminum wire range, the terminal screws should be torqued to 20 lb-in.
Can I use the GHB3020S1 to replace a standard GHB3020?
Yes. It shares the exact same physical dimensions, bolt-on mounting, and electrical ratings as the standard GHB3020. The only difference is the added 120 Vac shunt trip. If remote tripping is not required for your application, the shunt trip leads can be safely capped off.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.

Good product, but I was disappointed with the service. I accidentally placed two separate orders and ended up paying freight on both. I had requested that they combine the orders, and had that been done with the freight waived, it would have saved me money.
