It is designed to bolt into Eaton Pow-R-Line 2 (PRL2), Pow-R-Line 3 (PRL3), and Series C panelboards. It is not suitable for Pow-R-Line 1 (PRL1) enclosures.
Can I install the GHB3080 on a 480V Delta electrical system?
No. The 480Y/277V rating indicates it is exclusively for solidly grounded Wye systems. It is not rated for use on three-phase 480V Delta ungrounded or corner-grounded systems.
Is the Eaton GHB3080 interchangeable with older Westinghouse or Cutler-Hammer versions?
Yes. Eaton acquired both the Cutler-Hammer and Westinghouse distribution lines. A new Eaton GHB3080 is an exact drop-in replacement for legacy breakers carrying the same catalog number.
Is the GHB3080 HACR rated for HVAC equipment?
Yes, all Eaton G-frame molded case circuit breakers, including the GHB series, are HACR rated for safely protecting heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration circuits.
Can the GHB3080 be reverse fed?
Yes. Eaton G-frame circuit breakers do not have line and load directional restrictions, making them suitable for reverse feed applications if required by your panel layout.
How much physical panel space does this breaker require?
As a standard G-frame breaker, it is 1 inch wide per pole. The 3-pole GHB3080 requires three 1-inch spaces, taking up 3 inches of total width on the panel bus.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping

Good product, but I was disappointed with the service. I accidentally placed two separate orders and ended up paying freight on both. I had requested that they combine the orders, and had that been done with the freight waived, it would have saved me money.
Other than that, everything was good. I’m just disappointed that no one communicated this to me.
