This F-Frame Series C breaker is designed for bolt-on installation in Eaton Pow-R-Line C panelboards, switchboards, and motor control centers. It is also compatible with many vintage Westinghouse and Cutler-Hammer enclosures that accept F-Frame breakers.
Can the FD1025 replace older Westinghouse F-Frame breakers?
Yes, Eaton Series C F-Frame breakers like the FD1025 are direct replacements for obsolete Westinghouse, Cutler-Hammer, and Challenger F-Frame breakers, including the FDB and FD series. They share the same physical footprint, though you must verify that the interrupting ratings meet your current system requirements.
Are the load-side lugs included with the FD1025?
Yes, the FD1025 comes standard with load-side lugs installed. The standard terminal kit (catalog number 3T100FB) accepts 14 AWG to 1/0 AWG copper or aluminum wire.
Is the FD1025 rated for direct current (DC) applications?
Yes, the thermal-magnetic trip unit is suitable for DC systems up to 125VDC with a 10kAIC interrupting rating. When used in DC applications, the magnetic trip threshold is typically higher than in AC applications.
Does the FD1025 provide GFCI or AFCI protection?
No, the FD1025 is a standard thermal-magnetic molded case circuit breaker providing long-time and instantaneous (LI) overcurrent and short-circuit protection. It does not include ground fault or arc fault circuitry.
Does the FD1025 support reverse feeding?
Yes, standard Eaton Series C F-Frame breakers like the FD1025 do not have line and load restrictions and can be reverse fed if required by your application.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping

The breaker we purchased was as advertised. The breaker fit perfectly. We purchased reconditioned breaker and it seems to be working properly, accordingly to the golf course maintenance team that supervises the irrigation system.
Next day shipping came quickly even though the 4th of July was coming.
I wish it came with new installations hardware but that isn’t a deal breaker.
