No. While they share the same G-frame electrical ratings and trip curves, their mounting styles differ. The GHB2030 is a bolt-on breaker for Eaton panelboards, whereas the GHC2030 is a cable-in/cable-out (feed-thru) unit designed for base, OEM panel, or DIN rail mounting.
Can the GHC2030 be mounted on a standard DIN rail?
Yes, it can be mounted to a DIN rail by using the Eaton G-frame adapter kit. For this 2-pole breaker, you will need adapter part number 1225C79G01.
What is the recommended terminal torque for the GHC2030?
Torque specifications depend on the wire size being used. Tighten to 20 lb-in for 14-10 AWG, 40 lb-in for 8 AWG, 45 lb-in for 6-4 AWG, and 50 lb-in for 3-1/0 AWG conductors.
Is it safe to use the GHC2030 on a 480V delta system?
No. The GHC2030 has a 480Y/277VAC slash rating. It is strictly designed for solid-grounded wye systems where the voltage to ground does not exceed 277V. It must not be applied to 480V ungrounded or corner-grounded delta systems.

Expedited Shipments
