No. The HFD1025 is a Series C F-Frame molded case circuit breaker designed for commercial and industrial Eaton panelboards and switchboards. It will not fit in standard residential BR or CH type load centers.
Are Eaton and Cutler-Hammer HFD1025 breakers interchangeable?
Yes. Eaton acquired Cutler-Hammer and continues to produce Series C breakers under the Eaton name. A breaker labeled Cutler-Hammer HFD1025 has the exact same form, fit, and function as an Eaton HFD1025.
What does the 'H' in the HFD1025 part number indicate?
The 'H' designates this as the high-interrupting capacity version of the standard FD frame. It provides a 65kAIC rating at 277VAC, whereas standard FD breakers offer lower fault current protection.
Does this breaker support aluminum wiring?

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
