Description
The HLL36070 is a 3-pole, 70A molded case circuit breaker from Square D's PowerPacT H-Frame family. Built for demanding commercial and industrial applications, it provides reliable long-time and instantaneous (LI) protection for electrical systems. As a unit-mount, feed-thru breaker, the HLL36070 is designed to be mounted directly to a backpan in control panels, switchboards, and industrial enclosures. It is not compatible with I-Line or plug-on panelboards.
What is the recommended tightening torque for the lugs on the HLL36070?
The standard lugs require 44.3 lb-in (5 N.m) for 14 to 10 AWG wire, and 124 lb-in (14 N.m) for 8 to 3/0 AWG wire.
Can the HLL36070 be reverse fed?
Yes, this thermal magnetic PowerPacT H-frame circuit breaker is suitable for reverse-fed applications.
What is the difference between the HLL36070 and the HDL36070, HGL36070, or HJL36070?
The third letter in the catalog number indicates the interrupting rating at 480VAC. The HLL36070 has an L rating of 100kAIC at 480VAC. The HDL is rated 18kAIC, the HGL is 35kAIC, and the HJL is 65kAIC.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
