Yes. Siemens acquired ITE and maintains backward compatibility for the Sentron ED frame. The HED43B070 is a direct replacement for legacy ITE breakers with the same catalog number.
What does the H in the HED43B070 catalog number indicate?
The H designates a High Interrupting Capacity breaker. While standard ED4 breakers are rated 65kA at 240VAC, the HED4 series provides a 100kA interrupting rating at 240VAC and 42kA at 480VAC.
Is the HED43B070 suitable for reverse feeding?
Yes. Siemens ED-frame thermal-magnetic circuit breakers do not have line and load restrictions and can be reverse fed for back-feed applications.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
