The QE120H is a Ground Fault Equipment Protection (GFEP) breaker with a 30mA trip threshold. It is designed to protect equipment from damage, unlike Class A GFCI breakers which have a 4mA to 6mA threshold for personnel protection.
What is the difference between the Siemens QE120 and the QE120H?
The H suffix indicates a higher interrupting rating. The QE120H is rated for 22kAIC at 120V, whereas the standard QE120 is rated for 10kAIC.
What applications typically require a 30mA GFEP breaker?
GFEP breakers are commonly required by the NEC for fixed electric space heating, snow melting equipment, roof de-icing cables, and heat trace systems where a standard 5mA GFCI would be prone to nuisance tripping.

Can the QE120H be installed in a Siemens plug-on neutral (PON) load center?
While it can physically fit in a Siemens PON load center, it does not utilize the plug-on neutral bus. You must still manually route and terminate the attached pigtail wire to the neutral bar.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
