Built for commercial applications, the Square D BDA34025Y is a 3-pole, 25A PowerPacT B-Frame MCCB. It provides reliable thermal-magnetic protection with fixed long-time and instantaneous (LI) trip functions. Designed to mount into Square D I-Line panelboards, it features an ABC phase connection. It also serves as a modernized replacement for legacy FA34025 breakers. Can the PowerPacT B-frame BDA34025Y replace legacy F-frame breakers?
Yes, the PowerPacT B-frame is the modern replacement for legacy Square D F-frame breakers. It is designed with the same 1.5-inch per pole width, allowing it to directly replace older FA or FAL I-Line breakers without requiring blank fillers.
How is the BDA34025Y wired and mounted during installation?
The breaker mounts directly to the panelboard bus using an I-Line plug-in connection on the line side. The load side features mechanical lugs that accept 14 to 2/0 AWG aluminum or copper conductors.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
