5 answersWhich panelboards are compatible with the EH24025 circuit breaker?
This plug-on breaker is specifically designed for use in legacy Square D NEHB panelboards. It will not fit in standard NQ, NQOD, or I-Line panels.
Can the EH24025 be used on a 480V ungrounded delta system?
No. The 480Y/277VAC slash voltage rating indicates this breaker is only suitable for solidly grounded wye systems where the voltage to ground does not exceed 277V. It cannot be used on ungrounded or corner-grounded delta systems.
What type of conductors are permitted for the EH24025 terminals?
The factory lugs accept both copper and aluminum wire. Ensure you use the correct gauge based on the material, which is 14 to 8 AWG for copper and 12 to 8 AWG for aluminum.
Is the Square D EH series still in active production?
The EH frame and the associated NEHB panelboards are legacy products and are no longer manufactured by Schneider Electric. They are primarily sourced to maintain and service existing electrical infrastructure.
Does this breaker provide GFCI or AFCI protection?
No. The EH24025 is a standard thermal-magnetic circuit breaker providing only long-time overload and instantaneous short-circuit protection. It does not include ground fault or arc fault circuitry.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
