4 answersWhat is the direct replacement for the legacy FAL26100 circuit breaker?
While the FAL26100 is still widely used to maintain existing F-frame setups, Schneider Electric officially replaces the legacy F-frame with the PowerPact H-frame series, such as the HDL26100, for new installations.
Can the FAL26100 be reverse fed in backfeed applications?
Yes. Standard Square D thermal magnetic F-frame breakers like the FAL26100 do not have Line and Load markings, which allows them to be safely reverse fed.
Is the FAL26100 compatible with I-Line panelboards?
No. The FAL26100 is a unit mount, feed-thru circuit breaker designed for individual enclosures or standard panelboards. It lacks the plug-on jaw connections required for Square D I-Line switchboards.
Are the trip settings adjustable on the FAL26100?
No. This breaker features a fixed thermal magnetic trip unit. Both the long-time overload and instantaneous short-circuit trip functions are factory set and cannot be adjusted in the field.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
