6 answersCan I install this breaker in a standard Square D QO or NQ panelboard?
No. The JJA36200 is specifically designed with an I-Line style plug-in connection. It is only compatible with Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards, and cannot be used in QO, NQ, or NF enclosures.
How are the line and load connections configured on this JJA frame breaker?
The line side features a plug-in I-Line connection that mounts directly to the panelboard bus stack. The load side includes factory-installed mechanical lugs that accept 3/0 AWG to 350 kcmil aluminum or copper wire.
What do the letters in the JJA36200 catalog number signify?
In the PowerPacT nomenclature, the first "J" indicates the J-Frame size. The second "J" denotes the interrupting rating tier, providing up to 65kA at 480VAC. The "A" signifies an I-Line plug-in connection on the line side with mechanical lugs on the load side.
Does the "LI" trip function allow for adjustability on this 200A breaker?
Yes. The thermal magnetic trip unit features fixed thermal protection (Long-Time) for overloads, while providing an adjustable magnetic dial (Instantaneous) allowing you to fine-tune the short-circuit trip threshold.
Are mounting screws or brackets required to attach this breaker to an I-Line panel?
No additional mounting hardware is required. I-Line breakers plug directly onto the bus stack and feature a built-in mounting foot on the back of the case that secures the breaker to the panel mounting pan.
Does this breaker feature a manual testing mechanism?
Yes. This PowerPacT J-frame circuit breaker includes an integral push-to-trip button on the front cover. This allows you to manually trip the breaker to verify the mechanical linkage is operating safely.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
