How does the QGA222004 mount into the panel?
It utilizes an I-Line plug-in mounting system. The breaker jaws engage directly onto the panelboard bus stack, and it is secured by an integrated mounting bracket.
What wire sizes are accepted by the lugs on this breaker?
The factory-installed lugs accept wire gauges from 4 AWG up to 300 kcmil.
Is the QGA222004 suitable for use on 480V systems?
No. This Q-Frame breaker is rated for a maximum of 240VAC and cannot be used in 480V or 277/480V applications.
What is the difference between the QGA222004, QDA222004, and QJA222004?
The difference is the interrupting rating. The QGA222004 is rated at 65kA at 240VAC. The QDA222004 is rated at 25kA, and the QJA222004 is rated at 100kA. All three share the same physical dimensions and I-Line mounting.
Can the trip settings be adjusted on the QGA222004?
No. This breaker features a fixed thermal-magnetic trip unit. The long-time and instantaneous trip functions are factory-set and cannot be adjusted in the field.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
