This unit mount PowerPacT Q-frame breaker is designed for installation in Square D individual enclosures, metering devices, switchboards, and specific panelboards configured for unit mount Q-frame breakers. It is not compatible with I-Line or standard plug-on load centers.
Can I use the QGL32090 to replace an older Q2 series breaker?
Yes, the PowerPacT Q-frame is a direct replacement for legacy Square D Q2 series devices. The QGL32090 can directly replace a discontinued Q23090 circuit breaker in existing installations.
What is the required lug torque for the QGL32090 terminals?
The factory lugs accept 4 AWG to 300 kcmil aluminum or copper wire and should be torqued to 248 lb-in (28 N.m).
Is the QGL32090 circuit breaker suitable for reverse feeding?
Yes, standard PowerPacT Q-frame thermal-magnetic breakers like the QGL32090 can be reverse fed. However, they cannot be reverse fed if equipped with factory-installed ground-fault (GFM) or earth-leakage (ELM) modules.
Does this breaker include lugs on both the line and load sides?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
