No. Square D QO circuit breakers feature a 3/4-inch footprint per pole and are not interchangeable with the 1-inch Homeline format. This breaker must be installed in compatible QO load centers, NQ panelboards, or NQOD panelboards.
How many panel spaces does the QO245 require?
This standard two-pole circuit breaker requires two adjacent 3/4-inch spaces in your load center or panelboard.
What is the recommended tightening torque for the load terminals?
The box lug terminals on this breaker should be tightened to 44.25 in-lbs (5 N.m) when using the accepted 8 to 2 AWG copper or aluminum wire.
Is there a bolt-on version of this 45-amp breaker available?
Yes. If your commercial panelboard requires a bolt-on connection rather than a plug-in configuration, you will need catalog number QOB245.
Does this breaker feature a tripped indicator?
Yes. It includes the Square D Visi-Trip indicator. When the breaker trips due to an overcurrent event, the handle snaps to a midpoint position and a highly visible red flag appears in the indicator window, making it easy to quickly identify the faulted circuit.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
