5 answersWhat is the difference between the QOUR245 and the standard QOU245?
The QOUR245 is identical to the standard QOU245, but the field-reversible lugs are reversed by the factory prior to shipment. This configuration allows the breaker to be flush mounted and conveniently wired from the back.
Can the QOUR245 be mounted on a standard DIN rail?
Yes. QOUR miniature circuit breakers feature built-in slots in the molded case that allow them to snap directly onto standard 35mm DIN rails. They can also be surface mounted or flush mounted using mounting feet.
What is the recommended terminal tightening torque for this breaker?
The slotted box lugs on the QOUR245 should be torqued to 45 lbf-in (5.08 N.m) when using 14 AWG to 2 AWG copper or aluminum wire.
Are the lugs on the QOUR245 field-reversible?
Yes. Although the QOUR series ships with the lugs factory-reversed, removing the wire binding screw allows the captive lug body to be rotated and reinstalled to accommodate different wiring orientations and panel layouts.
Does this breaker feature a visual trip indicator?
Yes, it includes Visi-Trip technology. When the breaker trips due to an overcurrent or short circuit condition, the handle moves to a center position and a bright red indicator becomes visible through the case window for rapid fault identification.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
