What is the difference between the GE TQD22100 and THQD22100?
Both are 100A, 2-pole Q-Line circuit breakers, but they have different short-circuit interrupting ratings. The TQD22100 is rated at 10kAIC at 240V, while the THQD22100 provides a higher interrupting capacity of 22kAIC at 240V.
Which lug kit is required for terminating wire on the TQD22100?
This breaker uses the TCAL25 lug kit for load-side terminations. These lugs accept 4 AWG to 300 kcmil copper or aluminum conductors.
What is the modern ABB replacement for the legacy GE TQD series?

Expedited Shipments
