The CH120GFI is designed exclusively for Eaton CH series load centers, which feature a 3/4-inch breaker spacing. It will not fit Eaton BR series panels or load centers from other manufacturers.
What is the ground fault trip threshold for this breaker?
The CH120GFI is a Class A GFCI breaker, meaning it is calibrated to trip when it detects a ground fault current of 5mA. This rating is specifically designed for personnel protection against electrical shock.
How is the neutral connection wired on this breaker?
The CH120GFI features a pigtail neutral design. The attached white coiled wire must be routed and connected directly to the neutral bus bar in your load center to ensure proper ground fault detection.
Is there a plug-on neutral equivalent for this breaker?
Yes. If you are installing this in a newer Eaton CH plug-on neutral load center, you can use catalog number CHFP120GF. That version eliminates the pigtail wire for a cleaner installation.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.

Expedited Shipments

When our main breaker frizzed out, the option we were presented with was replacing the entire panel and service due to the type and part - no longer produced for replacement parts. It would be a $6500 replacement.
We'll likely have to do it at some point but, for now, the replacement breaker we were able to source from Superbreakers (with a $25 warranty) was $5900 less expensive. installation ran a few hundred dollars and the tech said the part looked to be in excellent condition and was prepped for install as he would have hoped.
