Belonging to the Series C lineup, the K3200T is a 200A MCCB from Eaton. It delivers reliable overcurrent protection for commercial motor control centers and switchboards. This bolt-on breaker fits legacy Westinghouse and modern Eaton panelboards. It replaces older K-Frame units and crosses to the KD3200 or HKD3200 for upgrades. Can the K3200T replace older Westinghouse breakers?
Yes. Eaton acquired the distribution equipment division of Westinghouse. The Series C K3200T is a drop-in replacement for legacy Westinghouse K-frame breakers, including older KB and KD models of the same amperage.
Is the K3200T suitable for reverse feed applications?
Yes. Eaton Series C K-frame thermal-magnetic circuit breakers without specific line and load markings are suitable for reverse feed use. Always verify that the system is completely de-energized before installation.
What is the purpose of the adjustable magnetic trip on the K3200T?
The adjustable magnetic dial lets you tune the instantaneous short-circuit pickup. This allows electricians to coordinate the breaker with downstream devices or accommodate motor inrush currents without causing nuisance tripping.
Does the K3200T provide ground fault protection?
No. The K3200T features an LI (Long-Time and Instantaneous) thermal-magnetic trip unit. It provides standard overload and short-circuit protection but does not include integrated equipment ground fault protection.
What is the difference between the K3200T and the KD3200?
The K3200T is a standard-interrupting K-frame breaker rated at 22 kAIC at 480VAC. The KD3200 and HKD3200 are higher-interrupting versions in the exact same physical frame size, used when higher fault current ratings are required by the system study.
Can I field-install accessories like shunt trips on the K3200T?
Yes. The Eaton Series C K-frame supports field-installable internal accessories. Shunt trips, undervoltage releases, and auxiliary switches can be installed directly into the designated accessory pockets under the front cover.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
