The BRH260 is designed for use in Eaton Type BR load centers. It is also UL-listed for use in legacy Westinghouse, Challenger, and Bryant panels that accept Type BR breakers.
What is the difference between the Eaton BR260 and the BRH260?
The primary difference is the interrupting rating. The standard BR260 has a 10 kAIC rating, while the BRH260 features a higher 22 kAIC rating for systems with higher available fault current. Both share the same physical dimensions and fit Type BR panels.
How much panel space does the BRH260 require?
As a 2-pole, 1-inch per pole miniature circuit breaker, the BRH260 requires two standard 1-inch spaces in a compatible load center.
Is the BRH260 HACR rated for HVAC equipment?
Yes, the BRH260 is HACR rated, making it suitable for use with heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment that requires a 60A, 2-pole breaker.
Can I install a BRH260 in an Eaton Type CH load center?
No. Eaton Type BR breakers, including the BRH260, are not physically compatible with Type CH load centers. Type CH panels require 3/4-inch Type CH breakers.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
