Part of the Quicklag family, the Eaton QCGFEP2020 provides 20A of dedicated ground fault equipment protection. Unlike standard 5mA personnel GFCIs, this 30mA GFEP breaker is specifically calibrated to prevent nuisance tripping on industrial equipment, heat traces, and heavy motor loads. The 2-pole breaker utilizes a cable-in/cable-out panel mount design for seamless integration into Eaton Quicklag enclosures. This Quicklag QC frame breaker is designed for cable-in/cable-out installation in Eaton Quicklag panelboards and Quicklag enclosures. It is not compatible with standard plug-on residential load centers.
Why use a 30mA GFEP breaker instead of a standard 5mA GFCI?

Expedited Shipments

Unfortunately, I think that the breaker that was shipped to me is defective. It has a very sensitive neutral element on panel side lead and trips when breaker is energized.
I tried it on another circuit and does the same. existing breakers checked and installed in slot for new breaker and they function normally.
it's not beyond the realm of possibly that it was a factory defect.
I will be calling soon to speak with a technician.
