The HJL36100 comes standard with the AL150HD mechanical lug kit on both the line and load sides. These lugs accept 14 to 3/0 AWG aluminum or copper wire.
Is the HJL36100 a plug-on I-Line circuit breaker?
No, this is a unit-mount (feed-thru) breaker designed for bolt-on installation in enclosures, industrial control panels, and switchboards. If you need the plug-on I-Line equivalent for I-Line panelboards, you must use the HJA36100.
Can the HJL36100 be used in DC circuits?
Yes, it is rated for up to 250VDC with a 20kA DC interrupting rating. This makes it suitable for battery systems and industrial DC control circuits.
Does the HJL36100 replace any older Square D 100A breakers?
Yes, the 100A PowerPacT H-Frame unit-mount breaker is the direct modern replacement for the obsolete FCL36100 F-Frame circuit breaker.
Can I adjust the trip settings on the HJL36100?
No, this breaker features a fixed thermal and fixed magnetic trip unit. If your application requires adjustable trip settings, you will need a Micrologic electronic trip unit version of the PowerPacT H-Frame.
Can the HJL36100 be used as a main breaker in an NF panelboard?
Yes, but since it is a unit-mount breaker, it requires the N150MH main breaker installation kit to be mounted as a main in Square D NF panelboards.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
