What is the difference between the QOM2225 and the QOM2225VH?
The QOM2225 has a standard 10kAIC interrupting rating, while the QOM2225VH features a higher 22kAIC interrupting rating. Both are 225A, 2-pole QOM2 frame main breakers.
Can I use the QOM2225VH to upgrade my 200A panel to 225A?
You can only install this 225A main breaker if the load center's busbar and enclosure are explicitly rated for 225 amps. Never exceed the maximum mains rating listed on your panel's label.
Can the QOM2225VH be used as a branch breaker?
No, the QOM2225VH is a QOM2 frame breaker specifically designed to function as a dedicated main breaker. It cannot be installed in standard branch positions.
Does the QOM2225VH support series ratings with standard branch breakers?

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
