This unit features a bolt-on line side that mounts directly to the panelboard bus. The load side includes factory-installed lugs that accept 4 AWG to 300 kcmil copper or aluminum conductors.
How does the TQD32225 compare to the THQD32225?
Both breakers share the same physical frame and fit the same GE panelboards, but they have different short-circuit interrupting ratings. The TQD32225 is rated at 10kAIC at 240V, while the THQD32225 is rated higher at 22kAIC.
What is the continuous current rating standard for this breaker?
It is a standard 80 percent rated circuit breaker. For continuous loads lasting three hours or more, the applied current should not exceed 180 amps, which is 80 percent of its nominal 225-amp rating.

Expedited Shipments
