This breaker is designed exclusively for Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards. It features an I-Line plug-on design for the line side, allowing it to mount directly to the interior bus assembly.
How is the wiring connected to the QBA32070?
The line side connects automatically when plugged into the I-Line bus of the panelboard. The load side utilizes factory-installed mechanical lugs that accept 4 AWG to 300 kcmil aluminum or copper wire.
How does the QBA32070 differ from QDA, QGA, and QJA models?
The difference lies in the maximum interrupting rating at 240VAC. The QBA frame is rated for 10kAIC, whereas the QDA, QGA, and QJA frames handle 25kAIC, 65kAIC, and 100kAIC respectively.
What protection does the LI trip unit provide on this Q-frame breaker?
The LI designation stands for Long-Time and Instantaneous trip functions. It uses a thermal-magnetic mechanism where the thermal component protects against sustained overloads, and the magnetic component trips instantly during a short circuit.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
