The QBA32090 is the direct drop-in replacement for the obsolete Square D Q23090 circuit breaker. It maintains the same physical footprint and I-Line mounting configuration for seamless integration into existing systems.
Which panelboards are compatible with the QBA32090?
This breaker is equipped with an I-Line plug-on connection on the line side. It is exclusively designed for use in Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards and cannot be used in standard QO or Homeline load centers.
How does the QBA32090 differ from QDA, QGA, and QJA models?
All of these PowerPacT Q-Frame breakers share the same physical dimensions and I-Line mounting style, but they offer different interrupting ratings. The QBA is rated for 10kAIC at 240VAC, while the QDA (25kAIC), QGA (65kAIC), and QJA (100kAIC) provide higher fault current protection.
Are the thermal and magnetic trip settings adjustable on this breaker?
No, the QBA32090 features a fixed thermal-magnetic trip unit. The long-time overload protection and instantaneous short-circuit protection settings are factory-calibrated and non-interchangeable.

Expedited Shipments
