This breaker is designed for use in Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards. It features a plug-on line side connection that attaches directly to the I-Line bus.
How much mounting space does this breaker require in an I-Line panel?
The QDA32110 is a 3-pole Q-frame breaker that requires 4.5 inches of I-Line mounting space. Each pole occupies 1.5 inches of bus space.
What is the difference between Square D QDA, QGA, and QJA circuit breakers?
The second letter in the prefix indicates the interrupting rating. The QDA is rated for 25kA at 240V, the QGA is rated for 65kA at 240V, and the QJA is rated for 100kA at 240V. All three share the same physical dimensions and mounting footprint.
Can the QDA32110 be used on a 480V or 600V electrical system?
No. The PowerPacT Q-frame series is rated for a maximum of 240V AC. It is not suitable for 480V or 600V applications.
What is the recommended tightening torque for the load side lugs?
The factory lugs on the QDA32110 require a tightening torque of 248 lb-in (28 N.m) for both copper and aluminum conductors.
Can this I-Line circuit breaker be reverse fed?
No. I-Line circuit breakers feature a specific plug-on jaw connection for the line side and mechanical lugs for the load side, meaning they cannot be reverse fed.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
